We will response within twenty-four hours ever since your submission. Final confirmation toward your reservation is subject to our reply and confirmation by E-mail.
☆ About price and advance payment
Most preferential prices offered by Sanya Wuzhizhou Island Holiday Center have been published on our website. For all reserved Guest Rooms, we accept payment in cash at the front desk of our hotel everyday (except golden week days and legal festivals and holidays) or payment after room confirmation by telegraphic transfer into our account (Please see the right bottom of this page).
☆ Check-in and Check-out Time
According to common practice, the check-in time hereby shall be computed after 12:00 AM and the check-out time shall be computed before 12:00 AM the next day. In case of any particular situation that you have to arrive ahead of schedule or postpone your checking out, please contact our customer service personnel in time and consequently we would arrange for you immediately.

Working hours of local ferry: 7:40 AM---16:00 PM, one voyage every 20 Minutes; departure anytime upon arrival of a tourist team; last voyage departs at 18:00 PM. Please arrange your schedule in accord with such working hours.
☆ Room retention
Provided that no special declaration of arrival time on your order, we will keep your room till 18:00 PM local time the same day of your arrival. Provided that you would like to arrive after18:00 PM, please describe it advance in your order or directly inform our customer service personnel.
☆ About revision
Any revision as regarding to lodging dates, room types, room numbers and guest names etc should be informed to us by telephone or Fax in advance and thus we may promptly rearrange for you.
☆Your right and responsibility
We promise that upon our confirmation toward your reservation you can check in the room(s) as scheduled and otherwise we should be fully responsible for your damages or losses hereto; while you should be responsible accordingly for such reservation and all damages or losses incurred due to your failure of checking in on time should be exclusively afforded by yourself even though you have prepaid regarding house rent.
